The City of Galena supports citizens’ rights to report legitimate complaints against employees of any department within the city. As a result, an impartial, and confidential investigation will be conducted. Your complaint will be dealt with in an expeditious manner. If this complaint leads to disciplinary action, you may be asked to participate in the hearing process. In accordance with K.S.A. 45-221(4) Certain records not required to be open. If this is a complaint on a Police Officer or anyone employed with the Galena Police Department please contact the Police Department at 620-783-1900 or visit them at 210 Turner Dr.
