PUBLIC NOTICE – UTILITY BILLING SOFTWARE UPDATE
The City would like to inform all utility customers of an upcoming transition to a new Utility Billing software system. This upgrade is part of our ongoing effort to improve service, enhance account management features, and provide a more user-friendly online experience.
What to Expect:
- The new system is scheduled to go live in August 2026.
- All customers will have the option to create a new online account to access the updated system.
- Existing login credentials will not be transferred to the new platform.
- Customers currently enrolled in AutoPay will need to re-enroll once the new system is active.
- Online access to account history, billing, and payment options will be available through the new portal after registration.
- Printed and mailed bills will remain available for individuals who opt not to establish online access.
Important Notes:
- There may be temporary interruptions to online payments and account access during the transition period.
- Additional instructions and updates will be provided as we approach the launch date.
- Customers are encouraged to ensure their contact information is up to date to receive notifications and public notices regarding this change.
